MY STORY
Evolve was born out of need. As I began my evolution from an introverted wall-flower to a partner in H7 Network with my husband and Founder Clayton Hicks, I realized that my community didn’t have women’s networking groups that fit our philosophies. I was attending meetings where no one welcomed me, I watched groups of women talking and excluding others, and I heard presentations from Senators and professionals I couldn’t relate to, nor continue relationships with, because they were guests not members. As an entrepreneur, I pride myself on knowing the challenges, pitfalls, and necessary grind it takes to build a successful business and I am on a mission to help other professional women find a place to belong.
I set out to build a community where I could network with like-minded business women in a welcoming environment, learn from others like me, and put relationships first. We knew in Evolve Women's Network that when you create an environment like this, not only do the leaders and members flourish, but the connections are strong, Out of that sense of belonging comes a community of professionals who trust each other and refer each other.
